Air Intake Hose

Description

Applied in automotive turbo charging system, connecting turbo charger outlet to intercooler and guiding the air through intercooler outlet to engine air inlet, the high temperature waste gas exhausted from engine works on charger by rotating its turbine impeller to push and supply the air to the cylinder for enhanced sufficient combustion, and eventually achieving fuel saving and low emission

Power Steering Hose

Description

Part of the hydraulic powered steering system and comprising two hoses-a high-pressure hose and a low-pressure hose, the power steering hoses take the direction instruction from the driver and relays it to the steering rack. They connect the power steering pump to the cylinders that enables a vehicle to turn directions as desired. The high-pressure (supply) hose carries high-pressure oil from the power steering pump to the steering gear and the low-pressure (return) hose brings oil from the steering gear back to the pump or its reservoir.

The hose consists of a resistant fabric cover and synthetic rubber tube and is outfitted with standard steel reusable fittings like clamps.

Brake Hose

Description

Connecting the brake caliper or wheel cylinder by carrying pressurized fluid from the master cylinder to the wheels, the brake hose relays driver's braking intention to brake caliper and eventually actualizing precisly braking.

There are two types of brake hoses in our portfolio: flexible lines and hardlines, catering to different customer expectations. A flexible hose, made of rubber, adapts to vertical movement of the suspension and the side-to-side motion of steering, perfect solution for non-performance oriented drivers.

A hardline is stainless braided lines, does not flex and expand under extreme pressures but delivers a better braking response and much firmer feel at the pedal and longer service life.
